Cosmic Cookware Warranty

Cosmic Cookware offers 2 types of limited coverage and warranties which are valid for the products purchased from Cosmic Cookware and its authorised retailers only.

2-Weeks Coverage:

This is applicable for any manufacturing defects encountered 14 days upon receiving the product:

Cookware (Ceramic/Granite)

• Handle misalignment (Shaking, Loose, Crack)
• Dented Lid
• Uneven surface (Base of pan/pot)
• Uneven coating
• Cosmetic Defects (Dents, Scratches, Chipping, and Unwashable Marks)
• Peeling (Inner coating)
• Blistering (Inner coating)
• Sticking (Failure of non-stick coating due to dry-cooking & improper seasoning)

Accessories 

• Utensils:
• Unwashable Marks
• Tearing of silicone
• Discoloration
• Oven Mitts & Tote Bag:
• Unwashable Marks
• Discoloration
• Stitching issues

Customers are recommended to inspect individual products once received (within two-weeks from the date received) in order to claim for coverage. Cosmic Cookware will replace defective products / parts depending on the defect. All defects have to be clearly captured according to requirements as above so we can identify and replace them accordingly.

1-Year Warranty:

Warranty claim must include a clear picture or video to clearly show the defect. If no pictures or videos can be provided, Cosmic Cookware reserves the right to reject the warranty claim if we believe that the warranty claim is fraudulent or made in bad faith.

Cookware (Ceramic / Granite)

• Peeling (inner coating)
• Blistering (inner coating)
• Sticking (Failure of non-stick coating due to dry-cooking & improper seasoning)

Appliance (Cosmo Portable Stove)

• Ignition Problem (Failure to ignite flame)
• Peeling Coating (Not mishandled)
• Blistering Coating (Not mishandled)
• Weak / Broken Components:
• Bracket
• Burner
• Ignition Needle
• Dial Knob
• Cylinder
• Heat Distribution Problem
• Safety Mechanism Failure

We may or may not request for customers to send the product back to our headquarters for inspection, the shipping and handling costs will not be covered by Cosmic Cookware.

What is NOT covered under the Cosmic Cookware Warranty

1. Improper use or failure to comply with the use & care instructions.

2. Minor imperfections which do not impair the functionality of the product as intended. These include: Cosmetic exterior damages such as scratches, dents, scuffs, stains from ingredients and sauces, discoloration, colour changes, minor paint chips, normal wear and tear, or failure to comply with the use & care instructions.

3. Any damages caused by:

• Cooking with metal/sharp utensils such as a metal spatula, knife, fork or spoon.
• Washing using steel wool, abrasive cleaners, bleach and other similar products.
• Commercial usage, including heavy and prolonged usage of the product.
• Improper storage
• Thermal shock, burns, overheating, or prolonged exposure to the high heat when empty.
